5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn and undamaged
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Hygiene Notice: For health reasons, we cannot accept returns on Flats and Sandals that have been tried on without protective soles.
