We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached and in original packaging
- Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns
Important Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Flats and Sandals that have been tried on without protective soles. All other collections (Fall/Winter, Mules, Sneakers, Spring/Summer) are eligible for returns when conditions are met.

Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the return process above and indicate your desired new item (style and size) in your return request. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item.
Refund Information
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- International returns: customs/duties fees are non-refundable
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
