Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached)
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Flats and Sandals that have been tried on without protective soles. All other collections (Fall/Winter, Mules, Sneakers, Spring/Summer) are eligible for returns when conditions are met.

- Await Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Exchange Process
For exchanges, please follow the return process above and indicate your desired new item (style and size) in your return request. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- For international returns, please note that any customs/duties fees are non-refundable
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
